FAQ's

Q:  I am not a wholesaler, but an individual person.  May I order pendants?

A:  Priceless Pendants are presently marketed through authorized retailers only.  Please call us at 916-344-2323 and we will be happy to give you the contact information for a retailer nearest you.  Or you may visit this page to see a list of our distributors.
Q:  How do we order replacement pendants?

A:  There are a few ways to reorder stock pendants.
1)  We can make an appointment with you, and bring a large selection with us for you to choose from.
2)  We can mail you a "pick box" with an assortment of pendants that you may choose from, and return the rest.
3)  You can tell us how many pieces you wish, and we will make selections for you based on the most popular designs and colors at the time, as well as the new pieces.

Q:
 Where are these pendants made?

A:  All Priceless Pendants are made in Sacramento, California.  You can be proud to be supporting local business and local artists work.

Q:  Creation, processing and shipping takes 14-30 days.  Is expedited service available?

A:  We ship USPS Priority Mail throughout the USA and Canada, and International First Class overseas.  We do offer expedited shipping options.  Please call 916-344-2323 for a quote.

Q:  How is quality assured that each pendant is fused with the correct cremains?

A:  We have a "5 step" quality control process.
1) At the local retailer, the pendant and cremains are placed in unique ID number identified plastic zip bags.  Those bags are placed inside a correspondingly numbered mail pouch with ID number marked order form.
2)  Each order received is handled one at a time, exclusively at our receiving desk.  The grouping is photographed, and then placed in a work tray that is numbered to match the ID number.
3)  The work areas are sectioned off by area, and each area is also correspondingly numbered.
4)  The kiln floor is sectioned off by area, and also correspondingly numbered.
5)  The finishing area also is sectioned off by unique ID number so that the fastening of the bail and final packaging is completed separately.
